Hi All,
Recently we have installed and configured PI 7.1, now CPA Cache is not getting refreshed. when i checked Cache monitoring in the RWB, it's showing Central Adapter engine in RED Color.
I have gone through Caches in XI3.1 & PI 7.0 Document., but no luck.
Could you please guide me how to Handle Caches in PI 7.1
which users to do cache refresh for below areas. I have tried with PIAPPLUSER, PIDIRUSER, J2EE_ADMIN.
af.api.hostname
Integration Server (ABAP)
Mapping Runtime(JAVA)
Thanks,
In Advance.
Arjun

Thanks for responding. I have checked the blog , but problem. is still there.
I have used PIDIRUSER for CPACache refresh, after giving the credentials it's throwing error message
500 Internal Server Error
SAP NetWeaver Application Server 7.10 / AS Java 7.10
"Application error occurred during the request procession."
Details : "The WebApplicationException log ID is [0050569E76E0003E0000040B000027411EDDA8E6BF85B01A]." *
PIDIRUSER is having sufficient authorizations .
everytime it's giving the same error, could you please assist me where I can check in the system to get it resolve.
Thanks,
Arjun

*The error is: javax.servlet.ServletException: com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPACacheException: Central CPA cache updated cannot be triggered, beca use the cache was not initilized for DIRECTORY access.0050569E76E0003D000000FC000027411EDDA8E6BF85B80E# *

Hi Arjuna,
Did you check following Note 741214 - Troublesh. during cache update of the J2EE CPACache service
Also in tcode (SXI_CACHE -> GoTo -> Adapter Engine Cache), check if any old entries are present. If yes then delete those and restart PI system.
regards,
Deepak.
