Avoid log off after save

Hi experts,

We have internet services configured for several standard transactions such as VA01/02, VT01/02n, vb01/02, etc (with param ~WEBGUI =1).

The behaviour of these service is to log off when the transaction is saved, probably because the current transaction ends when the user saves.

Using SAPGui or the internet service "WebGUI", these transactions allow to generate an output with immediate printing.

We have implemented the note 771683 in order to make this automatic printing working using the service WebGUI.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work while executing a specific service defined for one of these transaction: a log off is performed immediately on saving, and print job seems to be "lost"...

Is there a way to avoid the log off after saving in order to make this printing possible?

Do you have the parameters

~disconnectonclose

or

~singletransaction

set in these IAC services that are using the WEBGUI service?

I suspect you do - hence this behaviour when saving.

If the transaction is called from the main WEBGUI service - is the printing working correctly?
