Service desk status actions

Hi,

We have configured Solution Manager Service desk.Currently when the status is in process,support team and message processor are mandatory.We are planning to create a new status and we don't want the message processor to be mandatory in this. Where do we do this configuration[making mandatory & non-mandatory]?

Hi

Solution to your req is implementation of ORDER_SAVE BADI so when the Save button is pressed

ABAP code checks if the value is present on your req status or not

Hi,

Business partners in service desk are mandatory or optional regardless of status. You can make a BP mandatory by raising the "minimum" if the partner function in partner determination to 1. Leaving it at 0 makes a partner function optional for the respective transaction type / partner determination profile.

As far as I know, there is no option to make a specific partner function mandatory at a certain status.
