I betcha you are installing SAP R/3 4.7 from an illegal set of CD/DVD and you are stuck.

why are you installing on C drive.

you read training and a real SAP license.

Are you following the standard installation guide? Juse remove the space in directory name and restart.

there is a bug in sqlplus on windows.

you need to edit oradbusr.sql and delete the line

whenever OSERROR....

it's one of the first lines in the script.

if repeating the phase will again copy the file from your installation directly. which already has this OSERROR IN ORADBUSR.SQL

so it may be safer to edit both files.

Which Version of ERP are you trying to install?

I believe your OS is Windows.

From the log that you have pasted here, if I am not wrong, looks like you are trying to install on Oracel 8i.

Oracle 8i is long out of support.

Do you have correct installation DVDs?
