MII install fails in Netweaver CE SR5

Trying to install SAP MII 12.1 on Windows XP running Netweaver CE 7.1 SR5 from the sdn site for demo purpose.

Complete system spec: Windows XP Pro V2002 SP 3, Intel Core 2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13 Ghz with 3 GB RAM.

Netweaver CE install seemed to be OK with green lights everywhere in the console and jstart.exe with a status of "All processes running".

The MII error is as follows and occurs in the second component (sap.com/XMII) as the MII_MIGRATION component deployed successfully:

What exact SCA file(s) is/are required for MII 12.1.8?

I am not sure from looking at your message, but it appears that there are two problems. First (and probably the cause of the second) is that it looks like you are trying to install MII 12.1.0 onto NW CE SP5. I do not believe this is a compatible combination.

Second, there is a problem with the binding keys for the a number of the JRA based connections including IDoc Listeners. This is not a surprise if you are indeed trying to install 12.1.0 (RKT version of MII and way, way out of date). The JRA functions were substantially rewritten in both MII (verison 12.1.4) and NW CE (SP3), so I would not expect them to work properly with the apparent combination of versions you are working with.

The current NW CE - MII versions are SP5 and 12.1.8 respectively. Please update your MII version to 12.1.8.
