SAP Easy Access - grayed out

Hi, this is the issue that one of my clients has:

"The roles that were thought to have been changed, causing the problem, were not the problem. I now have the exact same roles as people who can do what I cannot do.

On the SAP East Access screen, the four icons on the left side of the screen just below the words u201CSAP Easy Accessu201D are grayed out and do not respond when I click on them. Also, when I click on MENU and get the pulldown, the first three functions are grayed out and also non-responsive. My greatest concern is not having access to the Business Workplace, as I need to provide Accounts Payable information through that location and cannot do so."

what could it be causing this problem?

Could it be SAP GUI issue? what is missing there?

He has the versioin 7.2

or, is other thing causing this problem?

HI ,

This problem is due to the settings on you SAP EASY access screen.

On SAPEASY access screen -->Right click on the menu tab( in the empty area) >Select settings> on the popup screen deselect the option" Donot display Menu,Only display favorites"

Now the menu items will be activated.
