Dispaly archive slaes documents

Hi All,

I want to find out how can I display the archived sales documents like sales order , delivery , and billing documents after reading them from SARA.

I can see the detail of my sales document through sara but is there any transaction to display these in original form like VA03, VL03N, and VF03.

I tried VF07 but it is not working and had checked SAP Note 440033 which is not relevant. We are currently on SAP APPL 604.

I would appreciate your valuable input to my query.

Thanks Naveen,

You are right , the arch infostructure need to be activated to dispaly the archived documents. These were not activated in my case. once activated, entries got updated and I am able to see my documents now.

following are the infostructure required for VA03, VL03n, and VF03.

Archive Infostructure:

SAP_SD_VBRK_001

SAP_DRB_VBAK_01

SAP_DRB_RV_LIKP

Hi Rahim,

Yes, you can display archived sales orders using VA03, deliveries using VL03N & VL33N, and billing documents using VF07 & VF27. Pre-requisite for displaying using these transactions is that you must have activated the corresponding archive infostructures (infostructure usually having '_DRB_' in the name).

the display of archived documents via transaction VA03.
