RF Queue assignment in Transfer Order Header

Hi,

I am facing an issue with the assignnment of the RF Queue name in the Transfer order header.

Case : When i create a TO for an SU from 204 1AB to 261 001, the system is assigning the Queue as 2-REACHTR in the TO header whereas the expected is 2-URGENT.

I have below settings under the "Assign Areas and activities to queues" in SPRO.

300 Preparation screen for stock removal X 204 1AB *** *** 2-REACHTR

300 Preparation screen for stock removal X 204 1AB 261 001 2-URGENT

In the movement type, i have the settings as below.

Screen control

TO creation = 2 Preparation screen for stock removal

TO confirmation = 2 List screen with quantities ready for input (stock removal)

Shipment Type = X Whse supervisor

Could you please share your comments or solutions about the issue?

Since you have the entry with wild card "***' first, that's why everything is going to first queue. Instead of wild card, put in all the storage types..........or try to set it up as second condition in the table.
