ECC,EP BI integration after System refresh

Dear Guru's

As my Quality server crashed and no backup was available so i have to restore with production system and i have restored the quality system but i want to recover the integration between EP and BI system so can anyone please guide me in sorting the issue between ECC and Portal and ECC with BI and wht are the changes required

What all configurations from EP and BI were configured on ECC????

I think you must create a Jco from EP to ECC and RFC from BW to ECC. Logical System conversion is also required.
