Commission on sales problem

Hello

Commission for employee is not appearing until I go to T-Code vf04 and choose individual posting, go to conditions and update it, at the same time I want to make accumulated not Individual posting and updating is not available in accumulated posting.

When displaying SO partner is appearing but not the condition!

What is the problem and solution here?

Note: the same partner and condition functions are defined and working for other customer, the problem that I have is only for a specific customer.

Hi,

Check in V/08 for your pricing procedure if you have any VOFM subroutine where it create the condiiton that this condition works in invoice only.
