how to check if cen is activated in sap

I need to do a procedure that depends on the use of a central monitoring system (CEN); for that I need to know how can i check if my netweaver 7.0 system has CEN activated or not!

To my or any ones knowledge since netweaver 2004 CEN is default.

RZ21--> activate background dispatching will create a btc job to collect the ccms statistics. but you'll need to install and configure ccms agents in the remote systmes for you to be able to monitor the remote systems in the CEN.

I use Netweaver 7.0 but as upgrade from sap 4.6, then is active for default too?
