Hi,
The shared memory segment related to SAPOSCOL would not have been present when you started SAP System and hence no details pertaining File System Monitoring can be found in ST06.
You may try starting the File System Monitoring explicitly from RZ20 - CCMS Control Monitoring - Alert Monitor
This should work.

Manas

Try to start saposcol from ST06 transaction.
sometimes saposcol does not start due to shared memory, clean up the shared memory first and then retry.
Hope this helps.

saposcol permissions 4750 owner root, group sapsys set this permission and restart oscol as
saposcol -l pf=instance profile.
check the oscol log for more details.
In worst case upgrade it to latest oscol patch you can also upgrade it to 7.10 regardless of your sap abap version.
