problem in booking

Hi Experts,

When we have booked the new sales order for future date then the message shows booking unit not being published on given date.

can anyone knows how to resolve this issue....

Hi,

You need to publish the booking unit using Tcode JJP4. You need to enter the booking unit & the publication date.

before Publishing the BU you need to check the issues by Tcode JPMG0. To create issue you need to know the media product

goto--> Tcode JJB3 > Edition element> Edition

Edition is the media product which you need to put it in the required field of Tcode JPMG0 & create Issues. After which you can do the publish it tcode JJP4

Hi,

Create issue sequence by using transaction: JPMG0 for that future date.

Generate Production unit (Transaction: JJP4) for that future publication date.

Additionally, validate booking unit master data as well.

Transaction: JJB2 u2013Enter Booking unit u2013 Enter -Click Ad BU u2013 Validate Technical view of the content and & Sales View of the content.
