Hi gurus,
Our portal server has 2 different URLs. One of them is within the LAN or VPN, and the other is for external use, especifically for our providers.
The current problem is a run time error, that only occurs while providers acces from external URL. However, While we acces with same data within the vpn, application works flawlessly.

Hi Jose, can you elaborate a little more on how did you manage to have 2 different URL for your portal?
Also, I see that the error occurs on calling the method ExportPDF, are you using an Adobe Document Services? Is it in a different server than the portal? If that occurs then maybe the external user is able to access the portal but not the ADS and that would be causing the error.
