Not able to delete forecast in /sapapo/MD74

Hi All

I want to delete some of old unwanted forecast.I tried using /sapapo/md74.But not able to see those unwanted forecast in the report and delete.I want selected the manual selection.Where I entered Location Product,requirement strategy as 20.

If I use RLCDEL I could able to see the forecast and delete.But not in MD74.

Can anybody suugest something anywhere I am missing.

Hi,

I am not sure about /SAPAPO/MD74 but I can help you in deleting unwanted forecast from APO system using BAPI with selection criteria mentioned by you.

BAPI Name: BAPI_PIRSRVAPS_DELMULTI - Deletion of Planned Independent Requirements

Execute this BAPI.

Enter Loical System for your system which you can get from T000 table.

In REQUIREMENT_KEYS table of BAPI,Enter Product,Location,Location Type,ATPCAT = FA,Req.Strategy = 20

and execute again.

I hope this will help you to delete the forecast..

Hi Roshan,

If you are working with the time zones, the following rule applies:

If the Local Time Zone indicator has been set in the planning version and all locations in the selection are in the same time zone, the requirements date is interpreted as being in this time zone. If one location is in a different time zone, the requirements dates are converted to UTC.

Please make sure all locations are in the same time zone.
