Custom Data and List of Organizational Unit is Empty in SUPM application

Hi All,

At first our SUPM 1.0 system is working fine. We want to implement note 1548552 for that reason I upgraded the support package SAP_BASIS, SAP_ABA, PI_BASIS and SAP_BW (Level 4).

As mentioned in that note (1548552) I have upgraded SR_CORE (SP06), ANASUSTUI (SP06) and OPMFNDUI (SP06) along with some manual configuration.

After that all links are in inactive mode and it is throwing error Custom data is empty and List of Organizational unit is empty in SUPM application in Portal.

Then we implemented that the following notes.

1411 692

1518863

1535254

1543261

1545918

1548552

But still all links in SUPM application are in INACTIVE mode.

I checked all connection and roles all are working fine and Instances are also running fine.

Please suggest me what will be the solution for this issue.

Regards,

Sukripa

Hi Sukripa,

As clarified in the OSS message 0000100598 2011, you need to implement the mandatory note 1487337. The same was already mentioned clearly in the SP06 note 1519615.

Request you to please read the SPxx notes before posting here. ( edited by moderator )

Thanks & Regards,

Mithun.

Hi Sukripa,

The Note 1519615 is not to be 'implemented'... It's a consulting note, to be read, for additional information about SP06.

The SP06 is what you installed from the service marketplace.

Mithun.

Hello,

Kindly refer the document

http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/300f6a88-1977-2e10-5385-a00e08722...

Problem 1 mentioned in the document is the same as yours and the solution works well.

Thanks,

Harsh
