Workflow approval issue

Hi All,

I am finding an typical issue.

Thare is aWorklflow for creater and his immediate manger.SC creater A maintained with cost ceneter for example XXXX in org stucture.His immediate manger B is also having same cost center.When workflow generating it identify in terms of cost center and it triggers a mail.Rest of the manager superior it wont trigger based on cost center.

Here workflow triggered based on cost center on 07.01.2011.In between Manager got transffered to another department another manger C came to same deaprt ment with differant cost center.That data changed in HR.Now workflow got stuck up.

How to claen up and retrigger work flow for new org structure.

For SRM 5.0 /4.0 and SRM 7.0 AC WFL, you can forward the WI via transaction SWIA (administrator).

As of SRM7.0 if new WFL process controlled WFL you could use the team cart option or substitution.

Or as our colleague advised previously, the requestor can make a change on the document and approver.

Hi,

if the workflow is error out then you can restart the workflow using SWPR t.code.. note that the current workflow will be deleted logically and new workflow instance will be created..

The only think here you can do is to forward the workItem to manager C or you can have your requester to pull the SC and do some changes and submit it again so that the workflow will restart, at that time the control will consider the corrected data from PPOMA..
