Excel Spread Sheet pop-up dialog box

Hi All,

By Mistakenly my user selected the check box (always use selected format) In the report VF05N List > Export > Spread Sheet >Selected Spread sheet format pop up as SAP Internal XML Format.

But he need to down load in various formats. Now he is not getting the POP up of Select Spread sheet. Automatically system is redirecting to down load in XML only

How we can bring the Pop up again. Please guide me.

You can administer the configuration system wide and also delete a user configuration with that note.
