Where system status of inspection lot is saved?? Any table or structure

1. Goto table QALS with PRUEFLOS = inspection lot
2. Goto table JEST with OBJNR = QALS-OBJNR
You will receive one or more records of status.
Then go to table TJ02T check here .........
