Email Configuration for SPM

Hi

We have configured E-MAIL in SPM 2.1 According to Installation & Config guide section 4,1 When we are trying end any email, we are unable to?

Please let us know how to troubleshoot this

When we try to send a email, the UI does not react. No error/information. Thanks for the help. We will raise a customer message.

Hi Neel,

If you have followed all the necessary step mentioned in the message and still no luck. Please open up a customer message by opening your system connection and providing the necessary ID and access.

Also if you receive any message in the UI while trying to send mail or any JAVA server logs will help.
