Hi,

In the Runtime Workbench, communication channels are not visible.

We have tried restarting the server again, but it did not work.

Kindly help.

Hi John ,

I faced the same issue in DEvelopment System . The fix was Cache ( System+ Delta) cache refresh should be done .

And may be there could be mismatch in the PI service User in : Adminstartion >Exc hange Profile .

Check with System Admin.

It was the CPA cache refresh that did the trick.

I think the post installation is not completed. Please contact your Basis team to complete it. After completion, please check the XI readiness check by following the steps in the SAP note:817920

Hi John,

Please let me know, which SP Package using.

From SP17 package, you can visible communication channel in Runtime Workbench.

Please complete your Post Installation Activities of PI Server.

There are some setting missing for Exchange Profile & Cache Refresh.

BASIS Administration will help you in this matter.
