Transport control program tp ended with error code 0247

Hi,

I am tring to make a clinet refresh from production to Dev. I have exported co file & data file using t-code SCC8.

Export was successful. Then I have copy & paste those files at Dev system in respective folder i.e \usr\sap\trans\data & cofiles correctly. While adding the request in queue of dev system through STMS>...>extra>...>add I am getting following error.

Error-

Transport control program tp ended with error code 0247

initial value of NLS_LANG: '<NULL>'

This is tp version 372.04.88 (release 700, unicode enabled)

Addtobuffer failed for ECPK000030.

Neither datafile nor cofile exist (cofile may also be corrupted).

TOOLS: Highest return code of single steps was: 0

ERRORS: Highest tp internal error was: 0247

we are using Windows 2k3DB2ecc6. SIDadm is having full permission on those folder.

Kindly guide me to slove the problem.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I have sloved my problem. When I found that everything is normal & as per sap standard. I tried it from

command mode instead of GUI. Following command works for me.

tp addtobuffer pf=TP_DOMAIN_<domincontroller_SID>.PFL <TRno.> <Target_SID> CLIENT=<Client> U01268
