hi,

this is to inform you that,

there is no any specific STANDARD REPORT for FORMS TRACKING in SAP.

what we can do is to develop a Z report on the same and execute it

we have done the same in our previous assignment

SAP has provided J1IUN, which might not be satisfying your requriment.

Hi

You can use the standard one available in SAP J1IUN.

But it wont suffice most of the client's requirements. You may go for the development.
