Migrate old contracts

Hi RE Experts,

I need to migrate some old contracts, and I know I can use "1st Contract End" field to set the date when Conditions should apply for these contracts in SAP RE. I tried this option in some tests, but what I saw is that I can't modify conditions in the past if I want to retroactively modify some conditions (because there is a mistake, or a new negotiation, etc)

You probably have a lot experience in these cases, what should I do in order to migrate these contracts correctly?

Hi,

The condition type can be changed by unlocking it. In the conditions tab--> Lock reasons clicking on the pencil. Just make sure u also have the flow type in config for 10 Followup posting due to condition increase and 20 Followup posting due to condition decrease.

Thanks Deepak for your quick answer.

I wasn't clear in my previous post because my copy paste fail.

I meant to said I used the field "First Posting From" and can't save the contract, but it works fine now, it was just a problem with 1 condition.

I checked again this morning and just works fine.
