Service Desk / Business Partner Error!

Hi Experts,

I created a Business Partner and assigned a user but dont receive the service desk messages!

There are 3 users ...the thing is when I created a user with different name it receives the messages

Any clue?

Hi Sneha,

The thing is that some users don't take service desk messages. I think they are corrupted or something like that.

I deleted them and when I want to create them again there is a message :

Old SAPoffice data found for this user name. Do

you want to copy this data to the new user?

I read this note:

Any clue?
