Service Desk / Email Message wrong

Hi Experts,

I configured Service Desk to send messages to proccesors when I assigned them.

But the email shows this:

Your activity is delayed!

My smart forms text is :

Please tke care of the request

Any clue?

Did you check in SPPFDCADM that the smartform you are receiving is the one associated with the action? If so, the title of the mail is located in the smartform in the field "Description" of its global settings.

Tip; you can use ' & ' as a variable to be replaced for the transaction number.

I checked smartform and it's the correct one assigned to the mail action.

I think this issue is probably cause by the service desk message because it shows ... activity delayed!

Any clue?

Hi,

Action is partner dependant. If Processor BP is not entered, then action will be delayed.
