In order to be able to present a new monthly report to our customers - a report that's looks the same for all customers - we need to define such a report on the Sol.Man. We have a central SAP Solution Manager system and all the systems from all our customers are connected to this central SOLMAN.
We tried to change a Service Report "Service Level Reporting" to what we want to use, but it's not all that customizable. We need to find out where in the reporting system the "Customer specific Reporting" is located and how to "completely customizable" it to our likings.
So the question is:
How can we generate a customer specific report that will contain the following information:
(Per system we want a report that's showing (either graphically or in a table)
1.Dialog responsetimes
2.Availability
3.KPI's
4.Database growth
all per month (of course).
Any hints or advices are more than welcomed. Many thanks in advance for your support.

Are you using CCMS monitoring and/or BI reporting? If you have this data in CCMS or in infocubes, you can include it in the SLR reporting.

3.KPI's
4.Database growth
If you can configure CCMS monitoring then these can be added to the SLR.

Soltuion Manager offers several kinds of reporting.
EarlyWatch Alerts
Service Level Reporting
BI Reporting
IT Performance Reporting
Reports for Projects (Analyses)
System Monitoring
There is some customizing available, but it is limited as these are standard reports for all customers.
The information you seek is available in the reports, but all the information you want, buy customer is not in one single report.
You may be able to create your own report, pulling data from existing reports, but this would require customized programming.
