Project Revenue Cost & Profit

Hi

I would like to get a report whch gives details of Revenue , Actual Cost and Profit for a number of projects. Which is the right report I can look into?

Your requirement can be answered through standard SAP PS reports:

Line Item: CJI3

By cost Element: S_ALR_87013542

Since your requirement is basic, the standard PS reports can address it.You can refer to Actual contrbution margin(S_ALR_87013566) report for profits,You have Project Results report.Also as mentioned by Krisap there are COPA reports too.

In general, in the company running customer Projects, COPA should be activated & the Projects should get settled to "PSG"

In this case, you get the desired reporting in CO Tcodes (say, KE30)

alternately, run CJI3 wich shows your Cost / Revenues, download to excel & get your "Profit" column as required.
