I have maintained the Source list in ME01 for the Material/Vendor combination, however I still receiving an error "Source not included in list despite source list requirement" while creating PO for the same Material/Vendor. Can some one tell why?
Valid from and To dates are correct in Source list.
I tried creating PO for a different Plant and I was able to crete the PO successfully without getting this error message. However, for Plant 1000 this error is appearing. The indicator for Source List Requirement at Plant Level is also not checked for any of these 2 plants (though it does not matter if the source list is maintained). Something wierd!
PO date is within the Source list date range and No Contract reference is being used in the Source List and PO.
the requirement can either be set in customizing in general or in a material master individual.

How do you think can we check if this is true. Nobody here has a glass bowl, we can only help based on infos you give us.
Give the dates (valid from, valid to, PR creation date, PO creation date, delivery date) as example, then the community can tell you whether the dates are correct or not.
