Error while creating Bidder in portal

Hi,

While creating the bidder in portal I am getting error " Enter Name", if i enter the organisational unit name/ number it is not taking, which name should be entered here.

Hello Rakesh,

In the Bidder creation you have to enter the usual bidder name like Bidder1, bidder2 etc. No organizational name or number need be entered for bidder name.

Do I need to enter this Name in Company Name 1 which is mandatory field under Basic data.

Yes please do that and check , you should be able to create the bidder.

IF i enter the Name in Copmany Name 1 like bidder1, it is showing the below errors

1) Organizational unit 05000061 does not exist; check entries

2) Error while creating organizational unit; inform system admin.

3) Number not in interval 0000300000 - 0000399999

You should have the organizational root node created in ppomv_bbp where the bidders will be assigned.

*Already i have the orgnisational root node & ID is 50000888 & Bidder created in BP also assigned here, if i give this ID then it is only asking to Enter Name

If i do not enter this ID these all errors occur.

Please define the number range in SPRO .
