License Depreciation Qty in GTS doesn't match actual ship qty in R/3

Is there are program or something that will sync up the quantity or value depreciated against a license in GTS with what has actually shipped in R/3? We have a couple licenses where the 'Quantity' attribute it is showing a higher quantity depreciated than the total quantity depreciated on the 'assigned documents' attribute. Is there a way to get these back in sync?

Have you checked whether the Quantity Update field is ticked for that particular license type in the config?

I think the customs documents weren't screened & checked properly or some of them might have been manually changed after GTS Screen. Check those documents and use re-transfer functionality in GTS. That would update the License.

Please check compliance management - general settings - document structure - activate item categories -

Activate item categories for legal control - item category EXPDLV1 click details and make certain that "Adopt legal control data from the preceding item' is checked . It should not be checked for EXORD1.
