Mass deletion of Rules in /N/SAPAPO/RBA04 transaction

Hi Experts,

I want to perform a mass deletion of Rules in /N/SAPAPO/RBA04 transaction. Is there any way? Currently, I manually select one record at a time and click on "Delete current rule' button and perform the deletion. This is very time consuming and I need to perform this activity in multiple clients.

If there is no other way, I am planning to write a custom BDC program for this and execute in my APO system. That will work faster.

Hi Rudresh,

You can use the standard FM available /SAPAPO/DM_RBA_RULE_DELETE to delete the RBA rules on mass level.

In PT_RULES parameter table of this FM, pass the Rules(you can enter more than one here) which you want to delete and execute.

I was not aware of this FM as I am new to APO. FM is a better way than BDC It works.
