Hi Raj,

The issue seems to be with the network, contact you network regarding this.

Also try to check on another PC and check the response time, if it also takes same amount of time then the issue is with the network.

u have the same issue on other PC- i wanted to check whether u only facing the same issue or others are also facing the same.

try:-

restart the PC/delete cookies and refresh the browser and check again.

when i gave communication channel in filtr area then iam getting displayed but with out any input it is not opening

Hi Colleagues .

RWB > component monitoring ->.adapter engine >communication

channel monitoring .

after that it is opened in new page click on "use filter "..it is taking time but page is not opening .. getting as " query being process"

Please assist it wht would be the issue.. why it is not opening the page when i click on USE FILTER

try to give any other filter criteria and check whether it is giving the same issue.

I think there is a problem with your network.

Did you try to open the RWB from other desktop? is it giving the same response time.

Is other tab is opening faster or it is the problem with Adapter engine only.
