RAR Reports extraction through BI.

Hi All,

Is it possible to Extract RAR Risk Analysis Reports through BI?

I have tried analyzing this, but since the Risk Analysis Reports(Run in Background) do not get physically stored on server,the data cannot be fetched directly. However if we manually store the flat files of these Reports to any location the data can be extracted from that location. This process involves manual intervention in placing the RA reports.

Have anyone tried executing the same process. I wanted to know what were the results and how was it executed.

Moreover kindly recommend if there are any other suggestions to extract the reports in BI.

Hi Nikita

You have to enable offline risk analysis and disable "show composite roles in user analysis" Then you have to run a batch risk analysis where you analyse the users on the requested system. The new data (user risk / functions etc.) will be stored in the table VIRSA_CC_PRMVL. This is the ressource for the BI content related to the risk analysis on user level. As I now the table will be overwritten each time you run the batch job again.
