organization address: condense into 2 lines

Hi ,

I am using organizational address..

i am using following conditions

output starts with paragraph : *

No of lines to be used : 2

use PO. BOX

i want to print the a ddress in 2 lines instead in 3..

but when i tried printing in 2 lines...postal code is missing..everything else is coming.

when i give 3 lines postal code is also coming.

what could be the reason..?

hi,

you can do this by using external subroutinee in yuor sapscript.

in the subroutinee you can concatenate the address in 2 lines.

and call the subroutinee to print the adress.

CAN You please give me an example..i know about external subroutine but this based on ADRNR it is coming from..how to use this?

ok i will try using the ADRNR and try in subroutine..hope that willr resolve my issue..
