Relation between Sales Organization, Sales Office and Sales Group in SAP
This is
1) relation between sales area & sales office is 1:N
2) relation between sales office & sales group is 1:N
but this is purely not right...plz give me right solution
Hello,
A sales organization is highest level of organisational unit in SAP-SD. A sales organisation is always assigned to one and only one company code which establishes the link between SD-FI system.
A sales area is a combination of sales organisation, distribution channel and divison. Sales office is always assigned to sales area. Sales office is a text value which has no controlled behind.
Realation between sales area and sales office can be 1: N. A single sales area can belong to more than one sales office.
A sales group is assigned to sales office. It is a text value which has no controlled behind.More than one sales group can be assigned to a sales office and one sales group can belong to more than more sales offices.

Sales Office to Sales Area is N:N
you can allocate as many sales offices as desired to the sales areas. Any one sales office can belong to several sales areas at the same time.

Dear Yogesh,
I feel in both the relation can be N:N.
e.g You have 2 sales area 1000 10 10 and 1000 10 20 and two sales office 100 & 200. then you can assign both the sales offices to both the sales area. the same is true in case of sales office and group.
