I need to do a due diligence / feasibility analysis of an existing middleware in client landscape with SAP PI. The client has plans of bringing in PI as the new middleware technology. Can you guys point me to any

1. Process, templates or documentation

2. Key Information that i need to put in my document.

3. Critical success factors and risks.

4. Costing.

which Middleware is being used by client.When we have SAP systems in landscape PI can be best option.

found one comparison guide btw MS biztalk and PI , i think it will help u in understanding the PI features and

comparison factors with other tools as well.
