Can we configure RRB with only WBS elements as we do not use networks/activities. Also can Time and Material RRB be carried out for internal work (time entered by employees) and not for external services and work done by external consultants.

The answers are "yes" and "yes". You can report in CATS for WBS-element, and RRB can collect cost from WBS without any need for orders to be attached.

Better not to mix billable and non-billable on the same WBS, otherwise you will need to exclude those line items manually from RRB. Better have a clear segregation at the object level what is billable and what is not. Not sure if in the pricing procedure you can provide some "free" materials.

Yes all is possible

Can't see why you cannot mix billable and non billable on one WBS - use cost element characteristic - internal will always be secondary cost element while external labour will be primary cost

Hi,

In order to enable WBS for timebooking and so on, I think you need to undergo some customisation as it is not in the integration tables like CATSDB, CAT* etc. Please find the thred below which talks about how the functionality can be enabled.
