Identify if Approved via SRM inbox or by email

Hi,

Is there a way of identifying which Shopping Carts were 'Approved' from within the SRM inbox and which ones via email?

Basically if a SC approved via offline email, It should be proceed by WF-BATCH user ID (I mean the inbound email) and passed the decision to the workitem.. There should be some standard workflow table should be there to store this log..

I will try to find you..

Note: your concentration should be more on workflow standards tables only..
