Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a way to deactivate 1200 REFX contracts. Is there something in SAP standard that can perform this kind of task ?
I looked into REFX transaction codes and BAPIs but found nothing.
Regards.
Nicolas
Solution Note:
I had similar requirement in my last project and we used LSMW and we could do it.
No need to look for BAPI
Thanks
Rakesh

Hi Nicolas,
Possibly note Note 768872 - Setting system status
for objects using (B)API might be useful.

Hi Nicolas,
There is no transaction to mass deactivate contracts. Activation of contracts in mass is possible with the worklist (RECARG).
However you can record a BIM in a LSMW to enter the contract and choose for Real Estate Contract > Activation and Term > Deactivate. In the inputfile you only need the company code and the contractnummer and the BIM shall deactivate the contracts.

Jeroen

Hi Nicolas,
I've a situation similar to your posted question.
I'm looking for a t-code in SAP to deactivate RE contracts. Is there any specific t-code which I can use to mass deactivate the active contracts.
It will be a great help if you can share the t-code or BAPI to deactivate the active contracts.
Thanks & Regards
