Smartform Issue

Hi,

I have created one Ztype smartform with ztype driver program , which convert smartform into Pdf and sending mail as attachment to vendor . I have assign smartform to one Ztype Tcode , I have 2 questons.

My program is working on development(UAT),but on production its showing me error

" Unable to generate form "

1. Is NACE setting necesarry for custom Tcode?

2.Do we need to activate/genrate form on production also?

hii,

1)yes NACE configuration is must.

2)T-code which u generated that request number should be trasported to the PROD.

Hi Swap,

It should not be necessary to generate or activate the smartform in production as well. Do you have the necessary authorization roles for creating/ printing the form? And have you checked ST22 for any runtime errors for this issue?
