Searching Archived Messages

Hi Frnds,

Is there any way to filter the archived messages..

When i got for sxmb_moni and archived xmls(using archive),i could see only message id's .. i want to search the messages of a particular interface in the archive..

Can we search it like that?

coz opening each and every message id will take years

Hi there,

I believe it's possible to view a message based on the interface of Sender/Receive in SXMB_MONI.

In "Standard Selection Criteria", you may put the Interface name and then choose the period.

There are two ways to select archived messages: using an archive or using the message ID.

Hi,

Try with the below steps:

1. start SXMB_ADM

2. choose Schedule archiving jobs

3. click "Archive Administration"

4. click "Information System"

5. click "Customizing"

6. select your object "SAP_BC_XMB" and click "Fill Structures"

7. run it as a background task
