Retro-Biing Detail Configuration

Hi all expert,

I want to create retro billing in T.code VFRB but when i am running VFRB giving all required field one error is coming "Valid Credit memo required for retro billing". anybody help me regarding this, if possible then give me the detail configuration.

I even checked all things like:-

1.Updated the pricing conditions in VK12 with effective date as of January 1 2011 ?

2. For correct location of PDIF, checked pricing procedure RVA001

3. Location for Order Reasons - S&D>Sales>Sales Doc>Sales Doc Header>Define Order Reasons. Here for the order reasons Use 2 as per my requirements.

Examples of order reasons include price change

4. Checked l copy control VTFF,Pricing type as "C"

5. Run VFRB with right selection criteria

6. Provide Dr/Cr memo type along with order reason (which i configured earlier) to simulate/create retrobills.
