Can anyone tell me the TCODE to create material requisition for material already purchase and in the store .

Hello,

Before Purchase of material, you should create Purchase requisition. through ME51N t code

But in your case you were already created the Purchase order for material and received that material from vendor, Now material is in stores.

Now you can reserve that material for some cost center or any other purposes, so you shoukld create now manual reservation through t code MB21.
