how to know where SC can been seen

Question: Shopping Cart created & approved.It had gone in to SOCO. Is there any way I can find out where it had gone.Meaning is there any way to determine from which user's log in ,one can see that shopping cart in SOCO?

another option .

1.Administartor can see all cart via monitor shopping cart transaction.

2. Buyer can see the cart in the cockpit / workload distribution transaction .

3.Requester can see his /her cart in the POWL / check status transaction.

Item status tells what is the current status of shopping cart item.

Hello,

Usually, strategic purchasers assigned to the same purchasing organization of cart creator would be able to see this cart in sourcing cockpit.

However, only the requestor can look for this cart using POWL or advanced search.

If the shopping cart is in SOCO, the status of the shopping cart as seen from the user's logon should be 'Purchaser's worklist'.

Simple way to review such SC is using BBP_PD tran in SRM Box.. If you got auth to this tran you don't need to your requestor's userID and Pass..
