Hi,

In NACE, in the relevant application, go to the output type and in the configuration of the otuput type there is a button called "Multiple Issuing". Untick that field, if it is ticked as of now.

This will ensure that the IDOC is triggered only for the first time automatically and not anymore. However if you want to trigger it once more, you have to manually enter the output type in the transaction to create the IDOC.

Try to develop a routine in t.code VOFM->Requirements->output control to check the status of the output status in NAST table. If the output status shows as already processed, then add the coding not to process further. Assign this routine to the output type in the output determination procedure and test.

Hi,

If the output type is triggered morethan once even after unticking the Multiple Issuing checkbox, it is a problem. If the standard behaviour is not working, it is better you contact SAP help for this. You can create a OSS message for this problem and SAP can help you further on this.
