Hello Experts,

I'm trying to create a order but having the following error

Date 09.02.2011 is after the end of factory calendar W8

I did some research and found I need to maintain the date though SCAL. So now I've extended the factory Calendar as following but still having the same error.

ID Calendar ID Valid from Valid to

CA Factory calendar Canada standard 1990 2080

Please suggest what other changes i can make to create sales order

Many thanks in advance.

It looks you have extended for calendar CA instead of W8. Can you extend the dates for the calendar W8 and then check again?

Go to that specific Customer Master from the Sales Order in XD02 and go to sales area tab. Go to Billing then check and see if invoicing date has "your needed" factory Calendar assigned. Most people do have 01 assigned sometimes so make sure this is not the case.

You might not have extended factory calendar - W8

which may be assigned in invoicing date of billing documents tab in customer master data?
