Load template automatically when creating a support message

Hi experts,

I want to force our users to use a template-.txt file when creating a support message to give us standardised feedback on their problems, so my question is if there is a possibility to load a template file automatically when creating a support message.

You'll need to modify the system for that (or use a user exit). By default this is not possible.
