WM cycle counting

Hi All,

In SAP, are there any standard Cycle Count reports? Reports that summarize what's been counted, listing details of variances, value of inventory variances,

accuracy ratings etc...

Also, is there a standard transaction that would display excess or inactive material at the pick level? Is there a transaction that could be used to move excess

or inactive material at the pick level.

Advance thanks

SATYA

Hello Satya,

Using transcation MIDO you can get list of physical inventory overview.

Transcation MI24 can be used for getting the list of all pysical inventory document.

You can use LX25 to get the inventory status for a combination of warehouse number, storage type and inventory period.

With LX25 you will get information on following points

Total number of bins

Inv. executed during selection peri

Inventory active

Inventory planned

No inventory executed

LX22 transcation will give you warehosue managed physical inventory overview.

Hello Satya,

You can get the details at bin level in LX25 transcation.

Go to LX25. Enter the warehouse number and storage type and inventory period dates and execute the report.

Now place the cursor on total numbet of bins and press tab choose details. This will give you overall picture of physical inventory at bon level.

Also by placing the cursor on inventory plan, you will get all the bins which are due for inventory durin mentioned inventory planned period in selection criteria.

There is no such standard report to show inactive materials.

Materials at any point in time should be lying in any of the storage types. So, you can periodically create Transfer orders in LT01 with Movement type 999 to transfer excess materials from one storage type to another
