Delivery notification issue in ECC from ICH

Hi Experts,

Please help me out to resolve the issue related to ICH delivery notification which is well published in ICH for a scheduling agreement (SA). But not IDOC information received in ECC for the SA from ICH.

No XML error identified for that delivery notification in ICH system. middlewear environment is XI.

Could anyone help me or suggest what could be the reason and how to resolve the issue.

I could not able to trace the error in both ICH and XI environments due to lack of knowledge.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi,

First check ASN status is publish and go to transaction SXI_MONITOR whehter XML is successfully sent to XI.

If it is scussfully sent to XI then go to transaction SXI_MONITOR in XI and check whehter IDoc is successfully sent to ECC.

if you are getting any error in ICH or XI let me know so that we can help you in right direction.

Thanks for your response. I checked in both ICH and XI, no errors has been identified.

Could you please help me out is there any other transaction or procedure that I have to follow.

Hi,

R u able see XML successfully sent to XI from ICH?.

Also from XI r u able see XML is received successfully and IDoc is sent to ECC?

If yes then check in ECC transaction code:WE02.
